Day and night happen because when the earth orbits the sun, certain places hit the sun which is day and some places don't which is night.

The moon changes its look because when the moon orbits around the earth,it hits the sun. 

The Sun produces its own energy as do many other stars. The Moon orbits the earth which orbits the Sun.

The Sun rises in the east and moves all the way to the west to set there.

The North Star is different from every other star because it seems to be the only star that doesn't move 24/7. The reason for that is because it is right above The North Pole. The other stars seem like they move because of earth's rotation.
